Air Ambassadors High School Program

Engaging Utah’s youth in our mission for cleaner air

The UCAIR Air Ambassadors program is an initiative designed to empower Utah’s high school students as environmental leaders in their communities.

By bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world impact, we equip the next generation of leaders with the tools and networks needed to drive change for Utah’s air quality.

The Air Ambassadors program offers multiple pathways for involvement, including paid cohort-based internships, leadership roles, networking events, and volunteer opportunities.

Once you complete the internship, you remain a part of the Air Ambassadors network. You’ll have ongoing access to leadership roles, networking events, and may even be eligible for future monthly stipends as the program expands.

While students are generally responsible for their own transport to in-person field trips and events, UCAIR works to select central locations. If transportation is a barrier for you, please reach out to us as we want to ensure every selected student can participate.
